How to Remove Hard Water Stains
- White vinegar: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water. Apply to glass, let sit 5 to 10 minutes, scrub with a non-scratch pad and rinse. Effective for light Stage 1 deposits only.
- Commercial hard water removers: Products containing oxalic acid or phosphoric acid are more effective for Stage 2 deposits.
